O Town Kids

At Owasso First Assembly we have some of the greatest kids in the world. Your children will fit right in to our nursery and kids classes. There are classes and kids church services for every age group from Newborns through 5th grade.

Pastor Scott Raney is our Children’s Pastor and Janet Phillips is our Nursery Coordinator. If you have any questions regarding our Children’s Ministries please contact them using our Contact Page.

The Warehouse | 1st – 5th Grades

This Sunday morning Kid’s Service is led by Pastor Scott, along with a team of interesting characters that periodically make special appearances. The characters include: GP Spiffy, Rusty Wrench [The grandson of GP Spiffy] and Professor Pole Fish. The characters provide a great visual aide to help the lesson be memorable and fun. Now we feature digital puppets!

O Town Park Room | 4 year olds – Kindergarten

This class provides a fun and exciting atmosphere where kids can come to learn about Jesus on a level they can understand with Bible stories, biblical principles and puppets to help teach the memory verse.

Kidz Xplosion | Wednesday Nights at 7pm

We meet every Wednesday night at 7pm. Kidz Xplosion is a fun, action-packed program geared for Kindergarten – 5th grade kids. In addition to memorizing and learning the Bible, they will have special interest groups including: sign language, first aid, Bible Quiz, camping and World Missions.

End of School Year Bash!

Wednesday, May 23rd
Join us for fun and excitement as we celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer break. We will have games, snacks and lots of fun! This event is free and is for ages Kindergarten – 5th grade.

Hang 5 Lock-In

Wednesday, May 23rd
This event is for 5th graders only. We will begin after the Wednesday night service and go until 8:30am on Thursday morning. Bring your sleeping bag and a pillow and be prepared to have tons of fun at the Ultimate Hang 5 event. We will spend the night in O Town and have fun playing games, watching movies, and hanging out with friends.

Sign up is required by Sunday, May 20th. Please sign up by texting Pastor Scott at 918-706-4891 or at the Info Desk on the 2nd floor in O Town. There is no cost for this event.

Hang Events create a time for fellowship one Sunday night a month after the Sunday evening service for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.

Mega Camp Volunteer Opportunities
During Mega Sports Camp we will offer basketball, soccer, cheerleading, baseball, and kickball. We will need volunteers to help with sports as well as registration, snacks, and assisting with each group. If you are interested in helping with Mega Sports Camp this Summer, please contact Pastor Scott during the month of May at sraney@owassofirst.com or 918-706-4891.

Mega Camp Volunteer Meeting
Sunday, June 3rd following the Sunday morning service we will have a brief meeting with anyone volunteering to help with either of the Mega Sports Camps that we are offering this Summer. We will meet in the O Town Warehouse.

Hang 543 | Sunday, June 10th

Following the 6pm service all 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade students are invited to hang out for dinner, swimming and fun. Location will be announced soon, and directions will be available at the Info Center that Sunday night.
