OTown Kids Ministry
End of School Bash
Wednesday, May 22nd from 7-8:30pm
All kindergarten through 5th graders are invited to join us in O Town for a time of fun, snacks, and games to celebrate the end of the school year!
5-Alive Lock-in
Friday, May 31st from 8pm-8am
No Cost. Bring a Sleeping Bag, Pillow & a Nerf Gun. Sign up by Wednesday, May 29th.
VBS – The Great Adventure
June 24th-27th from 6-8:30pm each night
Online registration begins June 1st.
Drama Camp
We are excited to announce our first Drama Camp for kids. It will be held August 5th-9th. This camp is for rising 1st graders through outgoing 5th graders.
Cost is $40, which will cover musical materials and lunch each day. We will meet each day from 10am-3pm, with a special Dinner Theater Presentation to be held on Friday Night, August 9th. Children who are registered for Drama Camp will need to attend each day of the camp as this is our only practice and rehearsals for Friday Nights performance.
CD’s will be given out to all registered participants prior to the week of camp so that they can listen and learn the music prior to the start of Drama Camp. Registration forms can be picked up at the information table on the second floor in OTown. The deadline to register for drama camp is June 30th.
Missions Project for May
For the month of May we will have an offering contest between the boys and the girls. Whichever group brings in the most offering for BGMC from May 1st-26th will get an ice cream treat on Wednesday, May 29th!
KIDS CAMP REMINDER
Camp dates are July 8th-12th. Just a friendly reminder that all remaining camp balances are due by June 30th.

Xodus Host Homes

We will honor our graduating High School Seniors in our 10:30am & 6pm Services as well as with a Reception for them in the Gym following the evening Service. Join us as we celebrate their accomplishments.
Youth Camp in Sparks, Oklahoma

Ladies Ministry
Heart to Heart Ladies Group
Wednesdays at 7pm in Room 202
Learn more about God, create new relationships, and strengthen existing ones through this Bible Study group for Ladies.
Living Proof Live with Beth Moore & Travis Cottrell
September 27th-28th in Tulsa at the BOK Center
This event is for ladies, and the cost is $70. Sign up at the Info Center beginning next week. A non-refundable deposit of $35 is due at sign up, and the remaining balance is due by Sunday, September 22nd.
The event schedule is Friday from 7-9:30pm, and Saturday from 8:30am-12:15pm. Transportation will be provided for the ladies who do not want to drive. For more information about the event visit www.Lifeway.com/LivingProof.
W.O.W. Fitness – Women’s Overall Wellness
Exercise classes are…
- Monday – 6pm Hip Hop Toning
- Tuesday – 5:30pm Zumba
- Wednesday – 6pm Hip Hop Toning
- Thursday – 6pm Zumba
- Saturday – 9am Zumba [1st, 3rd, & 4th Saturdays as the Church Calendar allows]
All classes will be located in the Gym as the church calendar allows. Childcare is available for $3 per child/per session. Men’s Ministry
Men’s Fire Bible Breakfast
Saturday, June 8th from 8-9am
Join us for a brief message and a huge free breakfast of ham, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bacon, and more. Coffee will be ready by 7:30 and food ready by 7:45 so come early!
Bible Study & Basketball
Tuesdays from 7-9pm
Tuesday nights we offer a Men’s Bible Study at 7pm in the Merge Room in the upstairs Activity Center, then head to the gym for basketball at 8pm. Join us for a time of physical exercise and spiritual training.
