Pastor Bruce McCarty | Senior Pastor
He and his wife, Janet, have three children: Lacey [not pictured], Grant, and Blake. Pastor McCarty and his family came to our church from West Memphis, Arkansas in 2001.

Pastor David Hert | Associate Pastor
He and his wife, Barbara, have four children: Britni, Elizabeth, Channing, and Victoria. The Hert family came to our church from Alabama in 2002.

Pastor Robert Polvado | Senior Adult Pastor
He and his wife, Patricia, have two grown children: Leanne and Lamarque and three grandchildren: Ashlyn, Noah and Grace. The Polvado family came to our church from Sallisaw, Oklahoma in January of 2009.

Kevin Norwood | Youth Pastor
He and his wife, Ann, have two children: Maci and London. Pastor Kevin has been involved in youth ministry at our church since 1994 and has been in ministry at our church longer than any other member of our Pastoral Staff.

Scott Raney | Children’s Pastor

He and his wife, Christie, have 3 children: Alyssa, Caitlin, and Jonathan. Pastor Scott and his family came to our church from North Carolina in 2007.

Jeremy Phillips | Resource and Media Pastor
Janet Phillips | Nursery Coordinator
Jeremy and his wife, Janet, have 4 children: Josiah, Jonathan, Jadin and Jessica. Jeremy and his family came to our church in July of 2005.

Odonias Mendoza | Hispanic Ministries Pastor
He and his wife, Deisy, have three children: Ashley, David and Jonathan. Pastor Odonias and his family came to our church from Rogers, Arkansas in July of 2009.

Marty Pierce | Staff Associate
He and his wife, Marie, have two children: Titus and Jack. Pastor Marty and his family came to our church from Norman, Oklahoma in April of 2010.
